Energy Boosting Smoothie

Ingredients:

  • 2 Delizia Green Apples, sliced

  • 1 Delizia Banana, sliced

  • 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (optional, for sweetness)

  • 1 cup almond milk (unsweetened)


Instructions:

  1. Prepare the Ingredients: Wash and slice the green apple, slice the banana

  2. Blend: In a blender, combine all the ingredients. Blend until smooth.

  3. Sweeten (Optional): Taste the smoothie and add more honey or maple syrup if you prefer a sweeter flavor. Blend again to combine.

  4. Add Ice Cubes (Optional): If you like your smoothie cold, add a handful of ice cubes and blend until smooth.


  5. Serve: Pour the smoothie into a glass. You can garnish with a slice of green apple or a sprinkle of chia seeds if desired.
